Office Hours
Our support team is available during the following hours (Central European Time):
- Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM CET
- Saturday: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM CET
- Sunday: Closed (email support only)
During the high season (June - September), our phone support extends to 8:00 PM on weekdays and is available on Sundays from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Response Times
We strive to respond to all inquiries as quickly as possible:
- Email: Within 24 hours on business days, typically much sooner.
- Phone: Immediate during office hours. If all lines are busy, we will return your call within 2 hours.
- Urgent booking issues: If you have an active charter and need immediate help, please call our phone line and select the urgent support option.
